Valerie Smith & Liberty Pike with Becky Buller on Fiddle - ROMP 2010

It's hard for me to believe that this video is already seven years old,

but I see that it's one of the first twenty or so recordings I ever made of festival performances.  It features Valerie Smith & Liberty Pike of which young Becky Buller was the most energetic fiddle player I saw the whole four days - despite the peak-of-the-day Kentucky heat we were all suffering at the time.  

The rest of the band was made up of Rebekah Long on bass and Ernie Evans on mandolin and vocals.

Today, of course, Becky Buller fronts her on band and is doing quite well, thank you.
